Dixie Driving School has been creating safe drivers since 1959. We can take
you from the course required for first time drivers through your road test
with our multi media approach to education and training.
We are State licensed, all of our courses are State approved, and our
instructors are certified by the State.
Our course materials are continually updated, and our instructor
receive recurring training to insure you receive the most up to date
information presented using the latest techniques.
Behind the wheel training is done in late model, state of the art, duel
controlled driver education vehicles. We emphasize Defensive Driving
throughout all of our training programs.
Our State approved driver education course can be completed in just 4
weeks, and you earn a certificate from the State for insurance
discounts. The course consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction and
either 6 hours (Basic), 9 hours (Intermediate), or 12 hours (Advanced)
of behind the wheel time. Every student will get one on one lessons with
the instructor.
We run classes monthly. We start a class the 1st Saturday of the month,
and it runs for 4 consecutive Saturdays. Extra classes are scheduled in

4-Hour First Time Driver Course
You can also take your Driver's License Permit Exam online at our
website. You DO NOT need to wait in long lines anymore at the Driver's
License office. Just sign up at our secure website and take the Driver's
License Permit Exam and your certificate will be automatically reported
to the DMV. Course Cost $30.00. |
